RSMD Mobile is an extension of RSMD Medical Aesthetics, a physician-led practice run by Dr. Rebecca Small. A Harvard-trained physician and Clinical Professor at UCSF School of Medicine, Dr. Small has cared for aesthetic patients in the Santa Cruz area for nearly 20 years.
That experience guides the providers, clinical standards, and patient follow-up behind every RSMD Mobile clinic. For partner businesses, it means an established team and a consistent level of care you can feel confident introducing to your clients.

The Partnership

No. RSMD Mobile is designed for salons, spas, wellness studios, and beauty businesses that want to offer access to medical aesthetics without operating a medical program. RSMD manages the medical providers, clinical care, documentation, supplies, and patient follow-up.

No. The partner model is built around recurring service days so patients have consistent access to care and follow-up. One-time pop-up events are available only at locations that are already RSMD Mobile partners.

RSMD pays the partner location rent for the days RSMD Mobile is onsite. The partner does not collect patient payments or manage the medical service.
Medical Care and Compliance

Treatments are provided by licensed medical providers trained by RSMD and working within RSMD's physician-supervised clinical standards.

RSMD Mobile provides focused Botox®* treatments for select facial areas. The exact treatment menu for a partner location is confirmed as part of the clinic plan and may evolve over time.

RSMD manages patient intake, medical history review, informed consent, treatment documentation, aftercare guidance, follow-up, and patient records.

All questions about candidacy, treatment areas, dosing, risks, contraindications, side effects, results, aftercare, and follow-up are directed to the RSMD medical team.

Yes. RSMD maintains medical liability coverage for the services it provides, along with the necessary licensing, documentation, and treatment protocols. Partner locations maintain their own general business insurance.
Clinic Operations

Partner locations host RSMD Mobile weekly or every other week, depending on demand and the clinic plan established for that location.

The location must provide a private, HIPAA-appropriate room with a treatment bed or table and enough space for the provider to safely consult with and treat patients. We review the room and any additional site needs during the partnership process.

RSMD manages patient booking, appointment communication, and payment. Partner locations do not collect treatment fees or negotiate pricing.

RSMD brings the medical supplies and materials needed to provide treatment and maintain the appropriate clinical documentation.

Appointment length varies based on whether the patient is new or returning, the number and type of areas being treated, and the amount of consultation needed.
Marketing and Next Steps

Partners help create awareness through their existing client relationships. This may include talking with clients, sharing service dates on social media or by email, and displaying approved signage or materials at the location.

Yes. RSMD provides materials that may include social media graphics and captions, email copy, client-facing FAQs, service descriptions, signage, and staff talking points.

Approved photos may be used when the patient has signed the appropriate media release. Partners should not independently take or post patient photos without both patient and RSMD approval.

A member of the RSMD team will review your information and contact you to learn more about your business, answer questions, and discuss whether the location appears to be a fit.If there is mutual interest, we will review the proposed space, clinic schedule, responsibilities, and partnership terms.

Timing depends on the readiness of the space, anticipated demand, provider availability, and the agreed clinic schedule. If the partnership moves forward, RSMD will create a clear launch plan with the partner.
